Full Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1
On arrival at Wilson Airport you will be assisted to your scheduled charter flight to the Siana Airstrip. Here you will be met for your road transfer to Mara Bushtops Camp where you will stay for three nights. Arrive in time for lunch and an afternoon game drive.
Day 2
Introduction and meet and greet before heading out on our first full day game drive for wildlife photography. Picnic lunch provided out on the drive. Meet back at the camp late afternoon before heading to a sundowner, where we will talk about the night’s proceedings.
After dinner we will meet up, go over some of the fundamentals of night/astrophotography, and head out on a night game drive with our cameras to practice.
*The night photography sessions are weather dependent, but alternative activities will be held if the weather doesn’t give us the opportunity to head out.
Day 3
Morning Q&A and processing session. After lunch we will head out on an afternoon game drive for wildlife photography.
After dinner we will meet up, go over some of the techniques we learnt the previous night with a Q&A session, and then head out on our final night game drive with our cameras.

Day 4
At a time to be advised by camp management, you will be transferred to the airstrip for your scheduled charter flight to Migori. On arrival you will be met for your scheduled road transfer to Tarime. En route to Tarime, you will cross the Isebania border into Tanzania. Here you will board a scheduled charter flight to Kogatende. You will be met and transferred to Serengeti Bushtops where you will stay for three nights. Arrive in time for an afternoon game drive.
Day 5
Enjoy two full days of game viewing activities at Serengeti Bushtops. No matter how long you stay with us at Serengeti Bushtops, we guarantee you will never run out of things to do. When you are not ranging across the Serengeti on one of our 4x4s, there is always something to keep you occupied – even if that something is the delicious prospect of doing nothing at all!
A walking safari and bush breakfast is always fascinating, but you may prefer a break from the wildlife. A tour of a local school* provides an education (we’re never too old to learn), as does a visit to a traditional Kuria village*.

Day 7
At a time to be advised you will be transferred to the airstrip for your scheduled charter flight to Nairobi International Airport.
