Summary

An oasis of bustling activity in a vast expanse of desert, Moab in southern Utah is a prime adventurer’s hub. Use the town as a base camp to freshen up after day trips to Arches or Canyonlands National Parks – you’ll find plenty of accommodation and late-night shopping. Over the US summer, the area fills up with 4×4 enthusiasts eager to join the annual Moab Jeep Safari, mountain bikers lured by the extensive trails in the area, and other fans of rugged living. Thrill-seekers can go rock climbing, white-water rafting in Westwater Canyon, kayaking, hiking and backpacking. (Visitors are encouraged to use existing trails to preserve the desert lands.) For a more laid-back experience, pop into Hole ’n the Rock, or take in the surprise offerings at the Moab Museum of Film and Western Heritage.

The Gonzo Inn is a boutique condo-hotel that accents the local scenery with desert chic style reflected in handcrafted woodwork, patinated metal, and beautiful views of the red rock cliffs. We host forty-three condominium style rooms. Our guests can choose from any of twenty-one king rooms, eighteen one-bedroom suites, and three luxury suites that include a whirlpool tub and fireplace with cliff views or our two-bedroom Gonzo suite. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi access, relax in front of your flat-screen TV, prepare a snack in your microwave, or step out onto your private patio or balcony. The Gonzo Inn hosts an indoor lounge, patio lounge, an outdoor lawn event site, with an outdoor pool area. Within is a heated pool and hot tub with ample seating where you can relax. An extensive continental breakfast is offered throughout our season. We also have facilities for bike storage, cleaning, and repair; as well as, a coin-operated laundry. We are situated on a secluded cul-de-sac just one block off historic Main Street, within walking distance of the choice restaurants and shops in quaint downtown Moab. The Gonzo Inn is also a five-minute ride or walk to the nearest trailheads, a ten-minute drive from Arches National Park, and a forty-five-minute scenic drive from Canyonland's National Park.
